Summit Sprint is an overnight hackathon organised by AustrianStartups at 42 Vienna from 14 to 15 October 2026. It is planned for 100 participants across three tracks, which have not been announced yet. Developers, designers, product managers, students and founders can apply solo or in teams of up to five; solo applicants are matched into teams. Doors open at 08:30, hacking starts at 10:30 and code freeze is at 10:00 the next morning. A jury selects nine teams to pitch and picks three winners, who then pitch on stage at the AustrianStartups Summit at Ottakringer Brauerei later that day. Every participant gets a free Summit ticket. Meals are provided, and the minimum age is 16.
