AI can write code, but it can't bridge medicine and technology. In this talk, AIM Austria Chairman Sebastian Hochreiter shares why the most in-demand tech talent of the next decade won't just be the fastest coders, but the ones who understand another domain deeply too. Drawing on AIM's work connecting MedUni Vienna and TU Wien students with Austria's Digital Health ecosystem, he'll show why healthcare tech is one of the fastest-growing, and most overlooked, paths into IT, and what it takes to become the kind of "bilingual" talent every MedTech company is trying to hire.
