But swap one proprietary API for OpenTelemetry, OpenFeature, or Kubernetes - and ask yourself honestly: how easy is it to leave? In this session, two independent practitioners take the stage on opposite sides of that question. One argues the lock-in is real - migration costs, governance slowdowns, specs shaped by committee rather than conviction. The other argues the opposite: that community-owned consensus is exactly what makes innovation possible, ecosystems diverse, and startups viable without building their own moat. No vendor slides. No easy answers. Just the argument your architecture deserves. **Anti-Bot measures without captcha but with deep learning - Norbert Preining** Captchas are everywhere, but if you want to fend off bots without plastering a captcha onto your pages (or you cannot change the design/content of the pages), what do you do? We present a deep-autoencoder based captcha mechanism that uses biometric and other browser based data to provide a blocking mechanism. This system has been in production at a large brand website in Japan. **RSVP:** Don't miss out on this opportunity to elevate your skills and network with industry leaders. Seats are limited, so secure your spot today!
