The FFG's first Quantum Ideation Days gathers researchers, companies and quantum experts at weXelerate on Praterstraße for two days, with one goal: turn early-stage quantum technology into concrete industrial use cases. Teams work on site along three technology tracks — quantum computing, quantum sensing and quantum communication. Companies, SMEs and research groups can enter a real problem as a "Challenge Owner" and develop it with an interdisciplinary team from first idea into a worked-out concept, with applications closing 31 August. It is the in-person culmination of the FFG's Quantum Reality Check series,, and the programme is held in German.
