Where AI's Greatest Promise Lies, and What AI's Greatest Lies Promise. The Inaugural Address 2026 will welcome Christopher Fabian, Co-Founder of Giga and Digital Inclusion Lead at UNICEF. His lecture will explore how, while technology companies talk about universal benefit and build systems and infrastructure that consolidate power, resources, and technology, there are still 2 billion people who are not connected to the internet. How do we create a world where technology is shaped by humanity to serve the most vulnerable? How can technology and intelligence unite, rather than divide, humanity? What role will Geneva play in this complex and critical moment for the world?
