We don't talk about breast health until something is wrong. This evening, we're starting the conversation earlier — while everything is still normal, still yours to get to know. Most of us learn about our bodies by accident. A scare. A diagnosis. A moment when we suddenly wish we'd paid attention sooner. Know Your Normal is our attempt to change that order — to build the relationship with your body before you need it. An evening for women of all ages — whether you're 20 and just starting to think about this, or 50 and wishing someone had told you sooner. Join Te Toca for an evening of honest conversation: breast cancer survivors, doctors, and a health nurse, sharing what they know, what they wish someone had told them, and what it actually means to pay attention to your body without fear. This isn't a lecture and it isn't a workshop — it's a room full of women, real stories, and the kind of questions we don't usually get to ask out loud. What to expect: Opening remarks on why prevention can't wait An introduction to Te Toca and the panelists joining us for the evening Conversations with breast cancer survivors, doctors, and a health nurse A few words from Look Good Feel Better on the work they do supporting women through cancer Space to ask what you've always wondered, but never had the room for An apéro, because these conversations go easier with a glass in hand Bras available to try Tócate. Te toca. It's your turn to know your normal.
