An immersive sound medicine experience exploring nervous system regulation, recovery, resilience, and wellbeing through the intersection of neuroscience, medicine, and the healing arts. Hosted by Dr. Miriam Lee Burger, MD, MSc Join Dr. Miriam Lee Burger, physician, Harvard-trained mind-body medicine expert, Fellow of the European Space Agency, and founder of the Swiss Institute for Sound Medicine, for an immersive evening exploring the intersection of sound medicine, neuroscience, and healthy longevity. Drawing on emerging research in neuroacoustics, psychoacoustics, and vibroacoustic medicine, Dr. Lee Burger will share insights into how sound and vibration may support nervous system regulation, recovery, resilience, and overall wellbeing. The evening includes an introduction to the science of sound medicine followed by a 60-minute guided sound immersion designed to promote deep relaxation and restoration. Participants are invited to experience a unique approach that bridges medicine, science, and the healing arts in support of healthy longevity.
