Each month, we bring pre-seed and seed-stage founders together at The Delta Campus for a day designed to help you move faster on the things that matter most. At the heart of Office Hours is access to seasoned operators, investors, and domain experts across fundraising, product, growth, brand, hiring, and more. You’ll have the opportunity to book multiple 1:1 sessions throughout the day, diving deep into your current challenges and getting sharp, personalised input. Please note: You’ll need to arrive by 9:30 am for the icebreaker, if you miss it, your session will be cancelled. Who will be your mentors: Hiring & People Strategy Mentor Konstanty Sliwowski Konstanty is a Berlin-based entrepreneur and advisor with over two decades of experience in leadership hiring and people decisions. He has conducted more than 12,000 interviews and made over 1,200 hires across Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East. He has founded and exited two businesses, including Caissa Recruitment, which he sold to Arrows Group, where he subsequently served as a board member. His work spans organisational growth, restructuring and M&A. Fundraising & VC Strategy Mentor Erdinç Koç Erdinç Koç is the Head of MTH Accelerator and Venture Partner at Earlybird. With over 11 years in the European startup and VC ecosystem, Erdinç has reviewed 30,000+ pitch decks, interviewed 4,000+ founders, and supported startups in raising over €36M in funding. He has worked at Heartfelt Capital, HPI, APX (Axel Springer & Porsche), and Rocket Internet, and has mentored founders across 90+ programs, including Techstars, Antler, EWOR, ETH Entrepreneur Club, and The Delta Campus. Entrepreneurship & Business Growth Mentor Jan Möllendorf Jan Möllendorf has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, starting as a financial accountant at Unilever before joining a business founded by his father-in-law and growing it from 50 to 350 employees into a well-known IT-Service and CRM-infrastructure consulting firm through acquisitions and major transformations. Since 2012 he has been an active VC investor and business angel, giving him firsthand insight into startup hiring and MVP challenges. His network spans marketing, CRM, data-driven customer management and the German Mittelstand. He is Founder and Chair of Satori, The Executive Circle, and gives back as a board member of Bitkom and a member of Rotary. Instagram Growth & Marketing Automation Mentor Iulia Oprea Iulia Oprea is an Advisory Board Member for SXSW Pitch 2027, founder of Dragon Coaching House, a hiring partner for tech founders, and co-founder of Cheiron.vet, an equine health platform. She combines hands-on operating experience with a strong understanding of founder psychology, growth, and organisational systems. Through Cheiron.vet, she grew the brand's Instagram account to more than 11,000 followers in under 10 months, built a subscriber list of nearly 4,000 people, and generated 2 million organic views in 90 days through a content strategy tailored to the audience. 🗓️ Agenda For The Day: 09:00 – 10:00 Arrivals & Introduction Feel free to arrive at 9:00. We will start the icebreaker at 09:30 which is an informal way to meet fellow founders and mentors over coffee and croissants. 10:00 – 13:00 Office Hour Sessions I Founders rotate through pre-booked 1:1 sessions each 50 minutes long with selected mentors. 13:00 – 14:00 Lunch & Open Conversations A break to refuel and chat more casually with mentors and other founders 14:00 – 16:00 Office Hour Sessions II Founders continue their pre-booked sessions with the mentors. 16:00 – 17:00 Masterclass: Build the Team, Win the Game
