This is not your typical networking event. This is a closed-door working session for senior leaders: structured table conversations, real challenges/successes, no panels, no spectators. We're gathering around one problem most companies feel but rarely address: At scale, the expectation is simple: the C-level team operates as one. In reality, it doesn't. Different incentives. Different pressures. Different definitions of success.
