For our first Founder Spotlight, we’re joined by Konstantin, Founder and CEO of Porters, and previously VP Growth at Upvest. In this 40 minute virtual session, Konstantin will briefly introduce Porters before sharing what he learned from joining an early-stage startup, helping to scale it, and eventually making the leap into founding a company himself. We’ll talk about why joining a startup early can be one of the best routes to becoming a founder, what changes when you move from operator to founder, and what Konstantin now looks for in the people joining Porters at an early stage.
