🦋 Build What’s Next. A weekend building lab for women and FLINTA+ people in STEM in Zürich. If you’ve ever felt like standard tech hackathons aren’t built for you, or that you need to be a senior ML engineer just to participate, this space is different. Whether you write code, design products, conduct research, or simply understand real-world problems that need solving, this one’s for you. Whether you’re studying, researching, or working in STEM, you’re welcome. You don’t need advanced AI knowledge or previous hackathon experience. A basic understanding of AI and a willingness to learn are enough to get started. Over one weekend in Zürich, we’re teaming up to build practical AI tools that actually serve people. You’ll be building, learning, and connecting, centered entirely on applied AI, LLMs & agents, and closing the gap in who gets to build the future. You won’t have to figure everything out on your own: mentors will be available during the weekend to help you shape your idea, work through technical questions, and get unstuck. And of course, you’ll have great food and a room full of curious, supportive peers to build with. Who is this for? It takes all kinds of skills to bring an idea to life. These are starting points, not a checklist, you don’t need to fit neatly into any one category: 🎨 Creators: Coders, designers, or tinkerers of any level who love getting hands-on, building prototypes, and are excited to turn an abstract idea into something interactive, even if it’s their first time. 🔬 Scientific Minds: Students, researchers, and naturally curious problem-solvers who explore the practical problems worth tackling. 💡 Visionaries: Strategists, organizers, and creative minds who see the bigger picture and want to shape what gets built and why.
