Investment in Startups: How to get it right Join us for an insightful session on how to get started in angel investing, featuring Ralph Mogicato, SICTIC Board Member, entrepreneur and experienced business angel with multiple board positions, alongside Nicolas Berg, long-standing Venture Kick jury member, founder of two VC funds, and experienced tech entrepreneur and business angel. Drawing on their extensive experience in startup investing, Ralph and Nicolas will guide participants through the key steps of the angel investing journey, from getting started and finding promising opportunities to making investments and understanding the financing instruments used in startup deals. The discussion will address key topics, including: Startup investment as an asset class How to source and access promising startup deals What to consider when investing in startups How to approach startup investment opportunities Understanding the main startup financing instruments Whether you are considering your first startup investment or already active as a business angel, this session will provide practical insights and real-world perspectives to help you navigate the startup investment journey with greater confidence.
