Meet Michael "Monty" Widenius, the creator of MySQL and MariaDB, at our technical hands-on workshop with VSHN and MariaDB. Beyond the chance to hear from Monty himself on migrations, the roadmap, and the wider MariaDB ecosystem, we're going beyond the marketing pitch: what MariaDB Enterprise actually adds on top of Community, and what that looks like running in production. Live demos of MaxScale failover with Enterprise Monitor, and MariaDB Cloud with AI agents, plus a look at the AI landscape for databases and the state of open source. Bring your questions for open Q&A with the MariaDB and VSHN engineering teams, and stick around for the Apéro afterwards with plenty of time to network. Limited to 40 seats at the VSHN Tower in Zürich. Speaker/hosts: MariaDB: Michael "Monty" Widenius, Jonas Schwegler, Anders Karlsson VSHN: Aarno Aukia, Tobias Brunner By registering, you agree that MariaDB and VSHN may process and share your details to administer this event and send relevant event communications, in accordance with the MariaDB Privacy Policy and VSHN Privacy Policy.
