Founders at the Top Hosted by Qonto and The Delta Some of the best conversations happen over dinner. Founders at the Top is a five-evening series across Berlin's startup ecosystem, co-hosted by The Delta and Qonto. Each evening brings together 20 founders and operators on the rooftop of The Delta Campus, for real talk, good food, and conversations that actually go somewhere. No panels. No pitching. Just people at the same stage, in the same room, with something worth saying. The evening Heidrun Luyt, Qonto's Chief Growth Officer, opens with a short, honest take on what sustainable growth across European markets actually looks like - what works, what doesn't, and what most founders learn the hard way. She's built her career on growth, not hype, and would rather trade real stories than platitudes. From there, dinner takes over. The conversation stays on the table. Agenda 18:00 - Welcome & drinks on the rooftop 18:45 - Insights & inspiration from Qonto's CGO 19:30 - Dinner & talks - Open end Who's in the room This dinner is for Pre-Seed and Seed-stage founders and operators actively building. Twenty seats, hand-picked. If that's you, request your seat below. We'll confirm within a few days.
