Three tracks, built for anyone in fintech or scale-up feeling growth pain: engineer, product owner, business developer, founder, or investor. Program 09:30 - 09:40: Welcome with coffee at The Delta 09:40 - 10:10: Kick off and short intro pitches from participants 10:10 to 12:30 Breakout groups, pick one:Bring your product from local to EU player: cross-border growth AI 360 in practice for regulated fintechs: 3rd Gen Agentic SDLC tooling Growth hacking and strategies for value growth of fintech platforms 12:30 to 13:15: Prepare pitches and lunch 13:15 to 14:45: Pitches and feedback sessions, 3 groups, 30 minutes each including discussion 14:45 Wrap up and close What we ask of you Come prepared with a one-minute intro pitch: who you are, what you’re building, and the growth pain you’re bringing to the table. Those pitches open the day at 09:40 and set up the breakouts.
