Just Product 2026 happens in Munich. And Michael can't go. Again. Hence he decided to bring the main stage to Berlin! Techtelmechtel opens as the official Berlin satellite event for the Just Product conference. We will enjoy the free livestream on a big screen, have proper coffee, popcorn, and a room full of product people to argue with between the talks. No agenda of our own, no sales pitch. Just the conference, plus the hallway track we'd otherwise be missing. On screen (main stage, Munich) Martin Eriksson (Mind the Product) — "Why Your Strategy Sucks" Simina Pasat (VP Product, GitHub) — closing keynote Dave Killeen, Faith Forster, Felix Geelhaar, Gopika Mohanan and more on AI transformation, end-to-end PM workflows and the AI mindset shift Our schedule 09:00: Doors open, coffee and finding your favorite spot. 09:30: Stream starts 11:30–13:00: Lunch break: we head out in small groups to grab something around Ostkreuz (everyone pays their own) 13:00: Stream continues, popcorn round ~17:00: Closing keynote Good to know Free, but limited to 25 seats. Please only register if you'll really show up, and cancel if plans change Please tell us in the registration whether you're joining full day, morning only, or after lunch Popcorn, coffee and water are on us. Lunch is on you. Want to work from Techtelmechtel that day, around and between the talks? Drop us a line beforehand so we can plan desk capacity. The conference is in English.
