Cloud Native Münster is a free, volunteer-run community meetup that brings developers, platform engineers, SREs and cloud-native newcomers from the Münsterland region together around the CNCF ecosystem: Kubernetes and orchestration, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Pulumi or Crossplane, platform engineering and internal developer platforms, CNCF projects such as Prometheus, Envoy, ArgoCD and Cilium, and observability, security and reliability in distributed systems. The September 2026 edition is the group's fourth meeting; it launched in March 2026 and has since met roughly every two months, each time hosted by codecentric AG in Münster. The organisers ran a call for speakers through Sessionize from 20 July to 15 August 2026, so at the time of writing the two talks of the evening had not yet been announced. Their provisional agenda is 18:00 doors and networking, 18:30 first talk, 19:10 break, 19:20 second talk and 20:00 open networking; food and drinks are provided for all attendees and talks are held in German and/or English. Binding registration is requested in advance so the organisers can plan catering. The group is part of the CNCF Open Community Groups programme, follows the CNCF Code of Conduct, and is sponsored by codecentric and Rosenxt.

Driven by passion - where laid-back attitude meets technical substance. Daten-WG is more like a shared-flat festival than a classic conference: approachable, short distances – and above all, with time for real conversations. The idea: bringing data people from differnt bubbles (Microsoft Tech, Marketing, Finance, SME,..) together without the usual tight scheduled conference feeling.

The Software Architecture Summit is the German-language training event that Entwickler.de Akademie bills as "das große Trainingsevent für moderne Softwarearchitektur", aimed at software architects, senior developers and technical decision-makers. The 2026 Berlin edition runs 12–16 October at the Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin, with three workshop days followed by two-day deep-dive bootcamps. The programme is split across four tracks — Software Architecture, AI & Architecture, Beyond Architecture, and Modeling & Design — covering coding agents, harness engineering and GenAI-based documentation, contract-first design, Model Context Protocol, evaluations and observability, and agentic architectures. A second strand focuses on architecture that grows out of the domain: DDD, hexagonal structures and collaborative modelling, alongside pragmatic legacy modernisation via team habits and the "1% method" rather than a big-bang rewrite. Two bootcamps extend the week: "GenAI-basierte Lösungs-Architekturen", on context engineering and integrating GenAI into existing architectures in a secure, scalable and AI-Act-compliant way, and the "AI Engineering Bootcamp", on RAG, MCP and end-to-end MLOps pipelines for production-ready AI systems. The organisers advertise four training tracks, three workshop days, two bootcamps and more than 3,000 participants.

The Idea Camp is a free three-day workshop programme run by Growth Alliance, the AgriFood start-up initiative of the Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank and TechQuartier on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL). It is aimed at people who have not yet founded a company and want to develop a new idea in agriculture and food, either alone or as a team. Across three intensive workshop days the programme covers start-up basics, sector input from experienced mentors from the agriculture and food industry, and individual pitch coaching. Teams then pitch their idea to an expert jury and take away feedback for their next steps. No prior knowledge of company formation or business-model development is needed; the camp is open to students, graduates and professionals from all disciplines, participation is free and the working language is German. The camp is held twice a year; this autumn 2026 edition runs 21-23 September and the application phase is already closed.

quellc0d3 goes into its third round as an event of the Nuremberg hackspaces, hosted by 0x90.space e.V. From 25 to 27 September 2026 the Heizhaus in Nuremberg turns once again into a chaotic experimental laboratory, open to anyone who wants to exchange ideas and try out new things with people from hackspaces and from the arts. The programme is built entirely from community submissions — talks, workshops, meetups, performances and whatever else people come up with — and contributions may be technical, political and/or artistic. Submissions were collected until 31 August 2026 via the organisers' own Pretalx instance or by email. The 2026 edition coincides with the Heizhaus's tenth anniversary, which the organisers offer as an extra reason to stop by. The organisers list a #quellcode Matrix/Element channel on chat.heizhaus.org and an email address as their contact points.

SWARC4AI is a three-day iSAQB Advanced Level training on designing software architectures for AI systems, held in person at the entwickler Hub coworking space in Berlin from 9:00 to 17:00 each day. Trainer Jan-Torben Evers covers how AI components differ from classical software and how to integrate machine learning and generative AI into existing systems as hybrid solutions that stay scalable, secure and explainable. The agenda runs through compliance and security topics including the EU AI Act, data protection, adversarial attacks and data poisoning; design patterns for AI systems and their integration into existing architectures; data pipelines and data engineering tooling; and operational quality attributes such as monitoring, resource efficiency and MLOps. A dedicated block deals with system architectures for generative AI, including LLM tooling patterns and retrieval-augmented generation. Theory alternates with hands-on exercises and case studies that apply the concepts to realistic project scenarios. Participants are expected to arrive with a working grounding in machine learning, data processing and software architecture, and the module counts for 10 methodical and 20 technical iSAQB credit points.

The preceding day offers two formats: the new OWASP Diversity PreCon, a free opportunity to explore and network that is aimed particularly at giving women and queer people direct, uncomplicated contact with the application security community on equal footing; and, as usual, in-depth Trainings on selected security topics that are bookable by all interested participants. The 23rd concludes with a pre-evening event for all attendees at the Zieglersaal in Restaurant Akropolis. Participation earns up to 14 CPE continuing education credits. After the official close on the 24th, attendees are invited to stay on for a "25 Years OWASP" celebration with drinks and snacks until around 20:00.

Modul DDD is a three-day Domain-driven Design training held in person at the entwickler Hub, a coworking space in a renovated former dairy in Berlin, and led by trainer Matthias Bohlen. The course presents DDD as a way to make software a precise and transformable representation of a business domain, beginning with the domain model and Ubiquitous Language and the tactical building blocks: entities, value objects, aggregates, services, domain events, factories and repositories. It then works from model to code and on into application architecture, covering hexagonal architecture, layered architecture and CQRS, alongside knowledge-crunching techniques such as interviews, event storming and collaborative modelling with domain experts. The closing strand is strategic design, separating models through bounded contexts and subdomains, distinguishing core from supporting and generic domains, and context mapping with shared kernels, anticorruption layers and domain events as an integration pattern. It is aimed at software architects, developers and teams who want to tie business knowledge to architecture; general software development experience is enough, and neither UML nor any specific technology is required. Attendance is capped at 12 people, each day runs from 9:00 to 17:00 with catering and a get-together on the first evening, and the module is iSAQB-accredited for 30 CPSA-A credit points, 20 methodical and 10 communication.
