At the ETH AI Center, much of our work is about helping researchers and students turn AI ideas into companies. Some of the most important decisions on that path come early: how you split shares with co-founders, or how you keep control of your startup as you grow. That's why we're hosting this session with our partner Wenger Vieli, one of Switzerland's leading startup law firms. Claudia Keller and Michael Baier work with founders every day, including many ETH spin-offs, covering incorporation, share allocation, (reverse) vesting, and staying in control as you raise. Aimed at ETH students, AI Center fellows, and early-stage founders who are interested in learning the basics of building your AI startup. More information on the registration page.
